Managing Dashboard Data

You can update the data settings of an existing dashboard at any time to flexibly adapt to changes in your social media strategy or analysis requirements.

1. Modify / Delete a Dashboard

You can rename, duplicate, or delete the dashboard.

Click the three icon buttons at the top-right corner of the dashboard header to perform the corresponding actions.

Note:

  • Only the panel creator has permission to modify or delete the dashboard.

  • Deleted dashboard cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

2. Modify / Delete Widgets

Modify Chart Time Range

If you want to change the time range for all widget within a dashboard, you can do so using the time filter located in the top-right corner of the panel.

Modify / Delete a Widget

To modify an existing chart, click the [▪▪▪] icon in the top-right corner of the chart to access available actions. You can also hover over the chart header to drag and reposition it, or click and drag the bottom-right corner to resize the chart.

Available Actions:

  • Settings: Enter the chart editing page to modify details such as chart name, data source, etc.

  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the chart within the current panel.

  • Export as PNG: Click to download the chart as a .PNG image.

  • Download Excel: Click to export the chart’s data as an Excel file.

  • Delete: Click to remove the widget from the dashboard.
