To create a new Dashboard: From the left-hand menu, go to Dashboard.
Click the Add button in the lower-left corner to open the "Select Template" page. Choose the appropriate template type based on your needs, then proceed to the configure template page to complete the setup:
Dashboard Name: Up to 20 characters.
Visibility: Choose between “Private tag” or “Visible to all menbers of the group”.
Once setup is complete, click the Create button to successfully create your dashboard.

Select the relevant preset dashboard based on your needs
Enter the dashboard name
Set the visibility scope
Configure Data Source:
Select Data Source: You can filter and select the required social account data based on Social Profile or Social Profile Tag.
Date Range: Choose the time period you want to display.
After completing the above settings, click the Create button to finish creating the dashboard.
Then, click the dashboard name in the right-hand menu to view the detailed contents of the panel.
2. Create Blank Dashboard
While preset dashboards offer a convenient way to quickly visualize specific data, they may not fully leverage the platform’s analytical capabilities.
By creating a blank dashboard, you can flexibly select data sources, chart types, and display formats to build a fully customized data analysis view that better aligns with your business needs—unlocking deeper insights and greater data value.
Steps:
When creating a new dashboard, select “Blank Dashboard” on the "Select Template" page.
Enter the dashboard name
Set the visibility scope
Click the Create button to complete the setup.
Once created, click the dashboard name in the right-hand menu to view the detailed dashboard contents.
Note:
A newly created blank dashboard does not contain any data by default. You will need to manually add charts in order to display relevant content.
For detailed instructions on how to add charts, please refer to the help documentation: Add Widget. This guide will walk you through the entire process—from selecting data sources and setting chart types to configuring display dimensions—helping you efficiently build a customized data dashboard.
