By adding an authorized social account, you gain access to more comprehensive and in-depth data compared to public accounts. This enables better performance evaluation and more efficient social media management.
Permission: Only users with any of the following permissions can authorize and add social accounts:
Super Administrator (Super Admin)
Account Admin
Members with the “manage members” permission
Steps to add an authorized social account:
Go to Settings > Social Profiles, then click Add a social profile.
Select Connected owned social profiles
Choose the social media platform you want to authorize. Currently supported platforms include: Facebok, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, VKontakte, TikTok, and Threads.
After completing the authorization, return to OneSight. Select the social accounts you want to connect, then click Next.
Assign groups and add tags to the selected social accounts. Click Save to complete the process. The social accounts are now successfully connected.
