OneSight enables you to manage and publish content across multiple platforms from a single interface—eliminating the need to log in to each social media account individually. This allows for true one-stop content management across multiple accounts and platforms.
Currently, you can publish content simultaneously to the following platforms:
Facebook Pages
X (formerly Twitter) Accounts
Instagram Business Accounts
LinkedIn Company Pages & Personal Accounts
TikTok Business Accounts
With just one click, you can sync and publish content across multiple accounts and platforms—greatly improving publishing efficiency and accelerating your social media operations.
From the left-side menu, go to Publishing > Create.
1. Selecting Social Media Accounts to Post
Steps:
Enter the “Prepare for release” page.
Click Connect to open the “Select social profiles” pop-up.
Choose one or more social media accounts you want to post to.
Click the Apply button.
Tips: If you don't find the desired account in the existing list, you can manually add it by using the Add Social Profile option.
Steps:
On the Select social profiles page, click Add Social Profile in the bottom-left corner.
In the pop-up platform list, select the social media platform you want to add.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account authorization process.
Once authorized, the account will be automatically added to the system and can be used for posting.
2. Editing Post Content
Enter your post content in the editor. The system supports inserting #hashtags, @mentions, and emojis. You can also attach various media types such as images, videos, and links.
Additionally, you can assign tags to the post to facilitate content classification and management.
A real-time post preview panel is available on the right side of the page, allowing you to see how the post will appear across different platforms.
Due to varying content guidelines across social media platforms, the OneSight system will automatically validate your post content in real time:
If the content violates platform requirements, the page will display specific error messages. All errors must be corrected before the post can be published.
If the system provides optimization suggestions, you may choose whether to apply them—they will not block publication.

3. Setting up an approval workflow
When you select any social account with the permissions “Content Publishing (Requires Approval)” or “Manage Community Interaction” while posting, the system will automatically display the Approval Workflow setting in the posting configuration. You must choose one approver from this setting.
⚠️ Note: If any selected social account has the “Social Profile Admin” permission, posts from that account will skip the approval process and go directly to the Scheduled list.
If all selected social accounts have the “Social Profile Admin” permission, the system will not display the approval workflow setting, and all posts will bypass review and proceed directly to publication.
4. Setting the publishing time
During the publishing configuration stage, you can choose the desired publishing method based on your needs:
Publish now: This is the default option. The post will be sent to the selected platforms immediately after submission.
Schedule: You can set a specific time for the post to be published. In this mode, the system supports setting individual publishing times for each social account on different platforms, enabling a more flexible publishing strategy.
✅ Suggestion: Schedule posts based on each platform’s audience peak activity times to maximize exposure and engagement.
5. Posting
After completing content editing, approval flow, and scheduling settings, click the Publish button. The system will proceed based on the permissions of the selected social accounts and approval configuration:
Posts requiring approval: Will enter the approval process. You can view the progress under Approval - My Approval Application.
Posts not requiring approval: Will be added directly to the Scheduled list and published automatically at the specified time.
⚠️ Note: Please ensure all required fields are completed and any system-detected errors have been resolved to successfully publish the post.
