To ensure content quality and compliance, the system provides a comprehensive post review mechanism. Whether you are a content creator or a reviewer, you can efficiently view and handle review tasks on the designated pages, ensuring smooth publication and alignment with internal management policies.

The system offers two management views: "My Approvals" and "My Posts in Approval", helping you clearly track the review progress and manage permissions accordingly.

From the left-hand menu, go to Publishing > Approval.

1. My Posts in Approval

On the "My Posts in Approval" page, you can view all posts you have submitted that are pending review or have been rejected. For these posts, you can perform the following actions:

  • Preview: View the full content of the post.

  • Edit: Modify the content of the post.

  • Cancel posting: Withdraw the current publishing request.

2. My Approvals

On the "My Approvals" page, you can view posts submitted by other team members that require your review. For each post, you can perform the following actions:

  • Preview: View the full content of the post.

  • Passed: The post will move to the scheduled posts list and be published according to the schedule.

  • Rejected: The post will be returned to the submitter for revision and resubmission.

3. Filtering Posts

You can quickly locate target posts using the following filter options:

  • Platform: Supports filtering across multiple platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, etc.).

  • Content Type: Filter by posts, stories, or reposts.

  • Media Type: Such as video, photo, text, etc.

  • All Members: Filter by the submitter of the posts requiring review (only available on the “My Approvals” page).

  • All Review Statuses: Includes rejected and pending reviews (only available on the “My Posts in Approval” page).

  • Content Tag: Filter by tags (Prerequisite: content must be manually tagged beforehand).
