When you cancel a scheduled or planned post, the system will classify it under the "Cancelled" status to help you manage and operate such posts more efficiently. You can quickly locate relevant posts using multi-dimensional filters and choose to edit and repost them as needed.
Filter Posts: Filter by keyword, date range, or social account.
Post-related Actions: Perform actions such as reposting or deleting the record.
From the left-hand menu, go to Publishing > Cancelled.
1. Filtering Posts
For Cancelled posts, you can quickly locate target posts using the following filter criteria:
Keyword: Filter for content containing specific terms.
Time: Custom date ranges or relative time periods (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).
Platform: Filter by platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, etc.).
Content Type: Filter by posts, stories, or reposts.
Media Type: Such as video, image, text, etc..
Crested by: The author of the post.
Content Tag: Filter by tags (Prerequisite: content must be manually tagged beforehand).
2. Post-related Actions
For Cancelled posts, the system supports the following actions:
Duplicate: Edit the content and publish it again.
Delete: Permanently remove the post record.
View Operation Records: Trace the post’s operation history.
Add/Delete Tag: Categorize posts to facilitate future filtering and management.
