1. Filters
You can flexibly configure and refine your data views and key metrics using the time selector, multi-dimensional filters (including platform, account status, and account tags), and over 30 customizable indicators—empowering more accurate data analysis and deeper insights.
1.1 Set Time and Filters
You can filter data using the following methods to quickly locate relevant social accounts:
Time: Supports custom date ranges as well as relative periods (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).
Platform: Supports multi-platform filtering, such as X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.
Profile Tags: You can filter accounts by tags to match any or all tags (provided the accounts have been manually tagged beforehand).
Any: Tags are treated with an OR relationship; accounts containing any of the selected tags will be retrieved.
All: Tags are treated with an AND relationship; only accounts containing all selected tags will be retrieved.
Profile Status: Filter accounts based on their operational status (e.g., active accounts, inactive/abnormal accounts).
Profile Connect Status: Filter accounts based on whether they are authorized or if the authorization has expired.
Content Type: Filter by content type, including: All, Posts, Stories, Replies, Shares/Quotes.
Keywords: Filter accounts by keywords in the account name.

The system supports the following content types, with platform-specific differences:
Post: Supported across all platforms.
Story: Supported only on Instagram and considered authorized data; accounts without authorization cannot access this data.
Replies: Supported only on X, including only replies to posts published by the account itself.
Shares / Repost:
Shares: Supported on Facebook, LinkedIn, VKontakte, and Threads.
Repost: Supported only on X.
1.2 Set Custom Metrics
Custom metrics allow users to flexibly select and combine key data indicators based on operational needs for personalized tracking and evaluation, enabling more precise measurement of social account performance.
Custom metrics include the following categories:
Page: Measures overall profile exposure and user behavior, such as:

Page Video Views
Page Post Impressions*
Page Likes
Net Page Likes Growth(Insights)
Fans: Reflects follower growth trends and interaction levels between followers and content, such as:

Fans Engagement Rate
Posts: Tracks content publishing frequency and overall reach, such as:

Engagement: Measures the quality and quantity of user interactions with posts, such as:

OS Rating: As of the last day of the selected date range, this represents the OS score of the social account.
It is calculated using AI algorithms based on over a dozen dimensions, including follower count, follower growth, posts, interactions per thousand followers, total interactions, and more.
A higher score indicates better social account performance.
Video Views: Measures the reach and appeal of video content.

Setting custom metrics:On the Profile page, locate the "Custom Metrics" section on the right side. Select the desired metrics by checking their boxes, then click the Save button to apply the settings.
Metric Description:
Metrics marked with “*” are authorized metrics and can only be accessed after account authorization.
Metrics marked with “(Mixed)” indicate that their data sources vary across platforms: some platforms provide authorized data, while others provide public data.
2. Managing Social Profiles
Within the Profile Performance module, you can easily add or remove profile. This helps you accurately track account activity and monitor operational performance and data changes in real time, providing reliable support for content optimization and strategy adjustments.
2.1 Adding a Profile
If you find that the profile you need to monitor is not listed, you can add it manually.
Steps:
Click the Add Profile button at the top-right corner to open the Add social profiles page.
Select the type of social account to add (for Connect owned social profiles, please refer to the “How to Authorize and Add Profile” documentation).
Enter the social account name, username, or URL.
Check the accounts you want to add, then click Next.
Select the groups to assign as needed (by default, the group where the social account was added is selected) and add tags. Once completed, click Save to finish adding the account.
⚠️ Note: If the social account is being added to the platform for the first time, data collection will begin from the moment it is added. Initial data will typically be available within 24 hours, after which real-time data will be provided automatically.
2.2 Managing Social Profiles
For added social accounts, the system supports the following management and viewing operations:

How to Operate:
In the social account list, locate the target account and click the […] next to the account name. Then select the desired action:View Profile Information: View the account’s basic profile information.
View Profile Performance: Navigate to the Account Performance module to see the overall operational data of the account.
View Content Feed: Navigate to the Content Stream module to view all content published by the account.
Open on Platform: Directly open the account’s profile on the original social platform.
Delete Account: Remove accounts that are no longer active or were added by mistake. Deletion requires confirmation in the pop-up window.
⚠️ Note:
Deleting a social account will permanently remove all associated data and cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.
Deleting an account will not restore the quota for the number of accounts you can add. However, re-adding a previously deleted account will not consume additional quota.
3. Managing Profile Tags
Within the Profile Performance module, you can add or remove social account tags to better categorize accounts and conduct refined operational analysis. This enhances monitoring efficiency and improves the convenience of data viewing.
3.1 Add Profile Tags
By tagging social accounts, you can categorize and manage them more effectively. This facilitates more efficient organization, filtering, analysis, and strategy development in future operations.
Steps:
In the social account list, filter and locate the account you want to tag.
Click the tag icon next to the account name. In the pop-up Profile Tag page, select the desired tags.
Click Apply to complete the tagging process.
You can also apply tags to multiple social accounts in bulk:
Select the social accounts you want to tag.
At the bottom of the page, click the Add tags in bulk button.
Choose how the tags should be applied (e.g., Applied to selected data or Applied to all filtered data).
In the pop-up Profile Tag page, select the desired tags and click Apply to complete the process.
Note: Tag names cannot be modified or deleted directly from the Profile Performance page. To edit or remove tag names, please go to Settings > Tags . For detailed instructions, refer to the Settings – Tag documentation.
3.2 Delete Profile Tags
When a tag is no longer applicable to a social account, you can delete it by following these steps:
In the Social Account list, filter and locate the target social account.
Hover the mouse over the tag area below the account name.
Move the cursor over the tag you wish to delete.
Click the “
X” icon in the upper-right corner of the tag to remove it.
⚠️ Note: Deleted tags cannot be recovered. If a tag is mistakenly deleted, please add it again manually.
4. Exporting Social Profile Data
When you need to export social account monitoring data for report preparation or external sharing, you can follow these steps:
Go to the Profile Performance page.
Use the filters to select the data you want to export (you can filter by platform, social account tag, account status, time range, etc.).
Click the Export button in the upper-right corner of the page.
The system will automatically start processing the export file, which may take a while.
Once the download is complete, you can open the file to view or share it.
