The Content Performance (formerly Campaign) module presents content performance across social media platforms in a more intuitive way. The system aggregates core metrics in a unified manner, comprehensively covering key dimensions such as content volume, engagement performance, impressions and reach, and video views. This helps users systematically understand the overall effectiveness and performance trends of marketing campaigns.
This function supports flexible filtering and analysis of relevant posts based on multiple dimensions such as tags, topics, and post status. It is designed to evaluate campaign performance across different platforms, accounts, and stages, providing data support for campaign review, strategy optimization, and resource allocation.
With the Content Performance (formerly Campaign) feature, users can:
Precisely filter and view all posts associated with a specific marketing campaign.
Analyze post volume, interaction performance, and content distribution during the campaign period.
Compare and assess participation and engagement across different social platforms or accounts.
Provide data support and strategic reference for subsequent marketing campaigns and operational decisions.
Access: Left menu → Monitoring > Content Performance
1. Creating Content Performance Analysis
Steps:
On the "Content Performance" page, click the Filter button to open the filter settings panel.
Use the filter options to select the campaign-related content you want to analyze, then click Apply.
You can customize the data scope of the campaign by combining the following filter dimensions:
Social Profile Tags: Filter content by social account tags.
Social Profiles: Select specific accounts to analyze.
Content Tags: Filter posts using content tags.
Hashtags: Filter based on hashtags used in posts.
Post Status: Such as published or deleted.
Media Type: Such as text, image, etc.
Filtering Logic Explanation:
Same-type filter conditions (e.g., multiple content tags):
By default, the system uses an "OR" logic, meaning posts that match any of the selected tags will be included. You may manually switch to "AND" logic if you want to filter only posts that meet all selected tags
Combining different types of filters (e.g., content tag + hashtag):
The system uses "AND" logic by default, meaning posts must meet all selected conditions for more precise filtering. As shown in the figure below, after selecting the social account tag and social account, no data is returned in the query results. This is because the Testing social account tag does not include the Apple social account. Therefore, please avoid using such combinations or reconfigure the tags accordingly.
Quick Search for Filtered Content: Easily locate filtered content using keywords.
After setting the filter criteria, click the Analyze button to proceed with the analysis.
