1.2 Performance Metrics
1.2.1 Overview
At the top of the [Social Account Performance – Cross-Platform] page, the system presents a consolidated view of key operational metrics, enabling you to quickly understand the overall performance of your social accounts. By summarizing follower growth, engagement, exposure and reach, and video view data, this overview helps you evaluate account performance from a holistic perspective, identify strengths and potential issues, and provide data-driven insights for subsequent optimization strategies.
Total Fans: A fundamental indicator of a social account’s influence, reflecting the current size of its follower base.
Total Net Fans Growth: Shows the actual increase or decrease in followers during the selected period, used to assess trends in account attractiveness.
Total Contents: The number of posts published within the specified time range, reflecting content output frequency.
Total Engagements: Includes public interaction actions such as likes, comments, and shares/retweets, used to evaluate content popularity and user participation.
Avg. Engagements per Post:
Total Impressions*: Represents the total number of times content is displayed or viewed by users, measuring content visibility.
Authorized Accounts: Display authorized data;
Unauthorized Accounts: Display publicly available data.
Total Reach*: Indicates the number of unique users reached by the content, reflecting the actual spread and reach of the brand or account.
Only authorized data is displayed.
Total Video Views*: The cumulative number of views for video content during the selected period, reflecting the distribution and attractiveness of video content.
Authorized Accounts: Display authorized data;
Unauthorized Accounts: Display publicly available data.

Click the “ⓘ” icon next to a metric name to view its statistical definitions, calculation methods, and applicable scope across different social platforms. This helps you better understand the meaning of each metric and conduct comparative analysis more accurately.
When a metric name is marked with an “*”, it indicates that the metric involves authorized data. Due to differences in data access across platforms, such metrics may be based on authorized data only, or a combination of public data and authorized data. Please refer to the metric description for specific details.
1.2.2 Fans
Focusing on the follower scale and changes of social accounts across platforms, the system presents follower data from two dimensions—trends and distribution—to help you gain a comprehensive understanding of follower growth performance.
Fans Trend: Displays the trend of public follower count changes for social accounts across different platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports comparative analysis by platform.
Fans Distribution: Shows the distribution of public follower scale for social accounts across platforms within the selected filters and time range, helping you quickly understand differences in follower volume between platforms.
Net Fans Growth Trend: Displays the trend of net growth in public followers for social accounts across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Used to evaluate follower growth effectiveness and overall trends. Supports analysis by daily / weekly / monthly intervals.
Net Fans Growth Distribution: Shows the distribution of net public follower growth across platforms within the selected filters and time range, enabling horizontal comparison of growth performance between different platforms.

Focusing on content output across platforms, the system presents content publishing data from two dimensions—trends and distribution—to help you understand publishing cadence and platform differences.
Contents Trend: Displays the trend of the number of posts published by social accounts across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports analysis by daily / weekly / monthly intervals, making it easier to evaluate publishing frequency and changes in posting rhythm.
Contents Distribution: Shows the distribution of published content volume across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports comparison by platform, helping you quickly identify differences in content output among platforms.
1.2.4 Engagements
Focusing on user engagement performance across platforms, the system presents engagement data from two dimensions—trends and distribution—to help evaluate content popularity and user participation.
Engagement Trend: Displays the trend of public engagement counts (such as likes, comments, shares/retweets) received by social account content across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports analysis by daily / weekly / monthly intervals and allows comparison by platform.
Engagement Distribution: Shows the distribution of public engagement counts across platforms within the selected filters and time range, enabling horizontal comparison of engagement performance between different platforms.
1.2.5 Post Impressions
Focusing on the exposure performance of social account content across platforms, the system presents post impression data from two dimensions—trends and distribution—to help evaluate content reach and dissemination effectiveness.
Post Impressions Trend: Displays the trend of post impressions gained by social account content across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports analysis by daily / weekly / monthly intervals and allows comparison by platform.
Post Impressions Distribution: Shows the distribution of post impressions across platforms within the selected filters and time range, enabling horizontal comparison of exposure performance between different platforms.
1.2.6 Post Reach
Focusing on the reach performance of social account content across platforms, the system presents post reach data from two dimensions—trends and distribution—to measure the actual number of users reached by the content.
Post Reach Trend: Displays the trend of post reach numbers for social account content across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports analysis by daily / weekly / monthly intervals and allows comparison by platform.
Post Reach Distribution: Shows the distribution of post reach numbers across platforms within the selected filters and time range. Supports horizontal comparison by platform, helping evaluate reach performance across different platforms.
Note: Post reach data is based on authorized data and can only be accessed after the corresponding platform accounts have been authorized.
1.2.7 Top Contents
Displays all relevant content filtered under the current selection. Supports sorting by key metrics such as engagements, Impressions/views (Mix), and Impressions Engagement Rate (Mix) in ascending or descending order, helping users quickly identify high-performing content.
1.2.8 Data Drill-Down
All charts on the [Profile Performance – Cross-Platform] page support data drill-down. Under the current filter conditions, you can further view detailed data for specific social accounts or content, enabling deeper analysis of performance. Additionally, drill-down results can be downloaded to support data retention and further analysis.
2. Exporting Chart Data
The platform supports exporting either the entire report or individual chart data, allowing you to select the data and format you need. This is useful for creating reports, presenting content performance, or sharing charts externally.
2.1 Exporting the Entire Report
2.1.1 Exporting Regular Reports
Steps:
On the [Profile Performance – Cross-Platform] page, click the Scheduled Reports button in the top-right corner.
In the pop-up Create Scheduled Reports page, configure the report format, aggregation method, and other relevant settings.
Click Apply to successfully create the report.
2.1.2Exporting Reports:
Steps:
On the [Profile Performance – Cross-Platform] page, click the Export button in the top-right corner.
In the Export Report interface, configure the report format, aggregation method, and other relevant settings.
Click Export and wait for the file to be generated. Once completed, you can view the exported report.

2.2 Exporting Chart Files
On the [Profile Performance – Cross-Platform] page, you can select the chart you wish to export. Click the “...” button in the top-right corner of the chart, then choose “Download PNG” from the dropdown menu to export and save the chart as a .png image file.
