1. Data Filtering
Supports filtering and analyzing data across multiple dimensions:
Time: Custom date ranges and relative time periods
(e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days);Profile: Filter by social account name;
Profile Tags: Filter social accounts by tags
(prerequisite: tags must be manually assigned to accounts in advance).
2. Performance Metrics
2.1 Data Overview
The Data Overview provides a centralized display and quick analysis of overall social account performance, helping you understand account performance from a macro perspective.
This module mainly includes the following features:
Data Summary: Centrally presents key operational metrics of social accounts, including follower scale, content output, engagement performance, and view counts, allowing for a quick grasp of overall account status.
Metric Trend Charts: Displays changes in core metrics over the selected time range through trend charts, helping users intuitively analyze data trends, identify growth patterns, and detect anomalies.
Post Information Display: Summarizes post-related information, supporting viewing basic performance data of posts, assisting in analyzing content performance and operational effectiveness.
The Data Overview module enables you to quickly understand the overall operation of social accounts and provides a data foundation for further detailed analysis and strategy optimization.
2.1.1 Data Summary
Used to centrally display the core operational metrics of social accounts within the selected time range, helping you quickly understand overall account performance.
OS Rating: Shows the trend of the social account’s OS score over the selected date range, providing a comprehensive assessment of overall account performance.
Videos: Counts the number of videos published by the account within the selected date range, used to measure content production frequency.
Fans: Refers to the total number of followers of the TikTok account as of the last day of the selected date range.
Net Fans Growth: Refers to the net increase in followers of the TikTok account within the selected date range.
Engagements: Refers to the total number of interactions (such as likes, comments, shares, etc.) received by the account’s content within the selected date range.
Avg. Engagements per Video: Refers to the average number of interactions received per video published within the selected date range, used to measure the engagement performance of individual content.
Video Views: Refers to the number of times videos were viewed within the selected date range, used to measure content playback performance.
Video Reach*: Reach refers to the number of unique users who have seen the videos, used to measure the actual audience reach of the content.

Metric Description: Click the “ⓘ” icon next to a metric name to view its calculation method, statistical scope, and applicability across different social platforms. This helps you better understand the metric and make accurate comparisons.
Metrics marked with “*” indicate that they involve authorized data. Since different social accounts have varying data access methods, these metrics may be composed of authorized data alone or a mix of public and authorized data. Please refer to the metric description for specific details.
2.1.2 Metric Trend Charts
This section presents the changes in key operational metrics of the TikTok account over the selected time period in the form of a trend chart, helping you intuitively understand the dynamic trends of account performance.
Fans: Shows the daily changes in the number of followers of the TikTok account, allowing observation of daily fluctuations in follower scale.
Net Fans Growth: Displays the daily net increase in followers of the TikTok account, used to evaluate follower growth trends.
Videos: Shows the number of videos published daily by the TikTok account, helping to analyze content publishing rhythm.
Engagements: Displays the total number of interactions received by the TikTok account’s content each day, helping to measure daily user engagement.
Video Views: Shows the number of video views received daily by the TikTok account, used to assess video performance.
2.1.3 Top Content
Displays all relevant content filtered under the current criteria. Supports sorting in ascending or descending order based on key metrics such as interactions, reactions/likes, and video views, helping users quickly identify high-performing content.
2.2 Page Analysis
This module presents key operational metrics at the TikTok profile level in the form of charts. By visualizing data trends, it helps you evaluate account performance from an overall perspective.
OS Rating: Shows the trend of the account’s OS score within the selected date range, used to comprehensively assess overall account performance.
Page Viewers*: Displays the trend of the number of users who viewed the TikTok profile within the selected date range. This metric is not applicable to accounts with fewer than 100 followers.
Page Video Views*: Shows the number of views received by videos on the profile within the selected date range, used to measure baseline video performance.
Page Video Engagements*: Displays the trend of interactions received by all videos on the account within the selected date range. Interactions include likes, comments, and shares.
2.3 Fans Analysis
This module analyzes the size and changes of profile followers, helping you understand follower growth trends, activity patterns, and overall account appeal.
Fans: Shows the trend of the number of profile followers within the selected date range.
Net Fans Growth: Displays the trend of net follower growth within the selected date range.
Fan Gender Distribution: As of the last day of the selected date range, shows the distribution of followers by gender and age.
Fans By Countrys*: As of the last day of the selected date range, shows the distribution of followers across different countries or regions.
Fans Active Time*: Displays the active online hours of followers within the selected date range and the corresponding number of followers, used to analyze peak activity periods.
2.4 Video Analysis
This module analyzes the publishing and overall performance of profile videos, helping you comprehensively evaluate video operations from multiple dimensions such as publishing rhythm, view performance, and user interactions.
Videos: Shows the daily trend of videos published on the profile within the selected date range, used to analyze the publishing rhythm.
Video Views: Displays the trend of video views for videos published within the selected date range, used to evaluate overall video performance.
Engagements: Shows the trend of total interactions received by video content within the selected date range. Interactions include likes, comments, and shares, used to measure user engagement.
Video View Source*: Displays the proportion of video views by source, including Recommendations, Profile, Following, Direct Messages, Music, and Search, used to analyze main traffic sources.
Audience Source*: Shows the distribution of video viewers across different countries or regions, helping to understand the geographical composition of the audience.
Video Length Distribution: Displays the distribution of video durations published within the selected date range, used to analyze the structure of video lengths.
Video Publish Time: Shows the distribution of video posting times within the selected date range, used to analyze posting time patterns.
2.5 Data Drill-Down
All charts on the [Profile Performance – TikTok] page support data drill-down. Under the current filter conditions, you can further view detailed data for specific social accounts or content, enabling deeper performance analysis. Drill-down results can also be downloaded to support data retention and further analysis.
2.7 Chart Filter Dimensions Explanation
To facilitate understanding and analysis from different perspectives, the system provides multiple dimensions for viewing and breaking down various metrics. Supported dimensions may vary by metric; the actual options depend on the page display.
Time Dimension: Supports viewing metric changes by day / week / month, useful for analyzing short-term fluctuations and long-term trends.
Behavior Dimension: For engagement-related metrics, charts support filtering and analysis by total or interaction type.
Chart Display Type: Some charts support different visualization formats, such as bar charts or donut charts, facilitating comparison and structural analysis.
Note: Not all metrics support all of the above dimensions. The available dimensions depend on the actual support for each metric. Metrics marked with an “*” are authorized metrics and require account authorization to access complete data.
3. Exporting Chart Data
The platform supports exporting either the entire report or individual chart data, allowing you to select the data and format you need. This is useful for creating reports, presenting content performance, or sharing charts externally.
3.1 Exporting the Entire Report
3.1.1 Exporting Scheduled Reports
Steps:
On the [Profile Performance – TikTok] page, click the Scheduled Reports button in the top-right corner.
In the pop-up Create Scheduled Reports page, configure the report format, aggregation method, and other relevant settings.
Click Apply to successfully create the report.
3.1.2 Exporting Reports
Steps:
On the [Profile Performance – TikTok] page, click the Export button in the top-right corner.
In the Export interface, configure the report format, aggregation method, and other relevant settings.
Click Apply and wait for the file to be generated. Once completed, you can view the exported report.

3.2 Exporting Chart Files
On the [Profile Performance – TikTok] page, you can select the chart you wish to export. Click the “...” button in the top-right corner of the chart, then choose “Download PNG” from the dropdown menu to export and save the chart as a .png image file.
