On the Sent page, you can conveniently manage and reuse historical content to continuously optimize the performance of your social accounts’ posts. With multi-dimensional filtering and a variety of operation options, it helps you efficiently locate key posts, analyze results, and flexibly adjust your content strategy.

From the left menu, go to Publishing > Sent

1. Filtering Posts

For published posts, you can quickly locate your target posts using the following filter criteria:

  • Keywords: Quickly focus on content containing specified words;

  • Time: Customize the time range or use relative periods (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days);

  • Platform: Supports multi-platform filtering (e.g., X, Instagram, etc.);

  • Content Type: Filter by post, story, repost;

  • Media Type: Such as video, photo, text, etc.;

  • Created by: The author of the post;

  • Content Tag: Filter by tags (precondition: content must be manually tagged first).

2. Post-related Actions

For published posts, you can perform the following actions:

  • Duplicate: Quickly reuse high-performing content.

  • View insights: Analyze how the post performed on the platform (e.g., impressions, reach, engagement distribution, etc.).

  • View on Platform: Jump to the original platform to view the post.

  • Edit: Modify the post content (supported only on Facebook).

  • Delete Post: Remove the post from the platform (not supported on Instagram and TikTok).

  • View Operation Records: Check the operation history of the post.

  • Add/Delete Tags: Categorize and manage content.

⚠️ Note: Deleted posts cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.
