The Home module provides a centralized overview of overseas social media operations, enabling operators to quickly understand the current operational status and key information directly from the homepage.

This module integrates pending tasks, marketing trends, core feature entry points, and learning support resources, helping operators efficiently identify priorities and streamline daily workflows.

The Home module includes the following sections:

  • Processing Data Overview: Displays current pending items and a summary of related data

  • Recent Marketing Trends: Showcases recent marketing trends and topics worth monitoring

  • Product Features at a Glance: Provides quick access to the platform’s core features and key entry points

  • OneSight Academy: Offers learning resources related to product usage and operational best practices

  • FAQs: Centralizes common operational questions along with corresponding solutions

Access: Select Home from the left-hand navigation menu to enter the Home module.

1. System Data Overview

On the Home page, you can click on different data modules to quickly view key information and navigate directly to the corresponding business processing pages, including:

After clicking any module, the system will automatically redirect you to the relevant feature page, where detailed data is displayed and related actions are supported.

The System Data Overview helps you quickly identify current priority tasks, reduce unnecessary page switching, and improve operational efficiency.

2. Recent Marketing Trends

In the Recent Marketing Trends section on the Home page, you can view system-recommended Popular Holidays and Popular Hashtags to support content planning and marketing strategy development.

2.1 Popular Holidays

This section displays key upcoming holidays and relevant marketing milestones worth focusing on.

To view more campaign details or manage activities centrally, click View More in the top-right corner of the module. The system will redirect you to Publishing > Calendar, where you can browse, review, and manage all configured marketing campaigns. This helps you plan content publishing schedules in advance and maintain a consistent release rhythm.

2.2 Popular Hashtags

In the Popular Hashtags section, you can explore popular topics across different social media platforms and industries, supporting content ideation and marketing strategy planning.

The system supports the following filtering options:

  • Industry: Covers 20+ industries, including consumer electronics, home appliances, and automotive

  • Supported Platforms: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

This module allows you to quickly identify trending topics across platforms and gain data-driven insights to support content creation.

To view more historical trending topics, click View More. The system will redirect you to Contents > Popular Hashtags, where you can browse and manage topics in a more comprehensive view.

3. Core Feature Overview

In the Get to Know OneSight Quickly section on the Home page, you can get a quick overview of the main functional modules of the OS system and their core capabilities.

By clicking Get Started under each feature module, you can directly navigate to the corresponding feature page, enabling quick access and efficient usage.

Feature Module Descriptions

  • Dashboard
    Supports customizable dashboard content and layouts, providing a centralized view of key data and core metrics across multiple platforms. This helps teams build monitoring views tailored to specific business scenarios.

  • Monitoring
    Monitors the performance of accounts across multiple platforms, tracking content reach, exposure trends, and related operational data. This enables timely issue detection and supports optimization of operational strategies.

  • Publishing
    Provides unified management of multi-platform content publishing workflows. Supports content creation, scheduled publishing, draft management, and content synchronization, significantly improving efficiency for multi-account operations.

  • Community
    Centralizes the management of comments, direct messages, and engagement interactions across platforms, improving response efficiency and ensuring a consistent communication experience between the brand and its audience.

  • Social Listening
    Continuously tracks discussions related to brands, products, competitors, and industries. Combined with intelligent analytics, it transforms large volumes of data into actionable business insights.

  • Portrait
    Delivers in-depth analysis of audience demographics and behavioral preferences, providing data support for content strategy development and advertising optimization.

  • Inspiration
    Aggregates trending topics and high-quality content from multiple platforms to continuously inspire content creation, helping teams quickly identify content directions and improve production efficiency.

  • Settings
    Enables centralized management of platform accounts, team members, and access permissions, as well as configuration of core system settings, ensuring a stable and secure operating environment for social media management and data analysis.

In the More section on the Home page, you can access learning resources and frequently asked questions to support daily operations and issue resolution. Click View More to enter the corresponding page and obtain more detailed information.

  • OneSight Academy
    The OneSight Academy brings together marketing case studies, data reports, industry updates, and policy insights produced by OneSight. It helps operators gain industry knowledge and practical experience.

  • FAQs
    The FAQs section consolidates common questions and solutions encountered during product usage, enabling users to quickly identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
