The Calendar module provides a visual overview of your content schedule, making it easy to see the timing and status of all posts at a glance. This helps improve the efficiency of your content management.
Feature Overview:
View Switching: Supports Standard and Compact display modes. Easily switch between Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views to suit your preferences.
Status Display: Clearly displays posts of all statuses, including Sent, Scheduled, Failed, Cancelled and Approvel.
Multi-Dimensional Filtering: Flexibly filter by social profiles, content tag, publishing status, and more to quickly locate specific posts.
Intuitive Management: Click on any post to view its details, create a new post, or add notes — all directly within the calendar.
Marketing Calendar Integration: Add marketing calendars to strategically plan key marketing milestones and content schedules, ensuring alignment between content publishing and your broader marketing timeline.
With the Publishing Calendar, you can more effectively coordinate cross-platform content planning and ensure rhythm and consistency in your social media operations.
From the left sidebar, go to Publishing > Calendar.
1. View Switching
In the Calendar interface, you can flexibly choose the most suitable display mode using the options in the upper-right corner:
Version Switching: Toggle between Standard and Compact versions.
View Switching: Switch between Day, Week, or Month views.
These options allow you to clearly visualize and manage post schedules and content statuses across different timeframes, significantly improving overall scheduling visibility and operational efficiency.
2. Multi-Dimensional Filtering
The Calendar provides powerful filtering options to help you efficiently locate and manage specific content:
Social Profiles: Filter by platform and associated social accounts to focus on content from selected profiles.
Tags: Filter posts using custom tags (Note: Tags must be assigned to content in advance).
Status: Filter by post status, including Sent, Scheduled, Failed, Cancelled and Approvel.
Content: Differentiate between post types, such as Original Posts and Reposts.
More:
Media: Filter by content formats such as video, photo, or text.
Created by: Filter posts by the user who created or submitted the content.
These filters allow you to quickly pinpoint relevant posts, streamline your content management, and stay in control of your publishing schedule.
3. Managing Your Calendar
On the Calendar page, when you hover over a specific date, two quick action buttons will appear:
Create Note: Click to add reminders or marketing notes related to content operations for that date. This helps with team collaboration and time planning.
Create Post: Click to quickly enter the posting workflow and schedule a post for the selected date.
Additionally, you can click on any existing post in the calendar to view or edit its details. Actions include:
Viewing post content and performance data
Adding or editing content tags
These features help you efficiently manage your content schedule and ensure seamless campaign execution.
4. Marketing Calendar
In the Calendar, you can use the Marketing calendars feature to view and add important holidays and festivals from different countries, regions, or religions. The system will automatically display the selected holiday events on the calendar, helping you plan content schedules and marketing campaigns that better align with your target markets.
Steps:
In the upper right corner of the Calendar page, click the Marketing calendars icon to enter the marketing calendar settings.
In settings window, select the holiday names you want to display (regional holidays or religious festivals).
Click the Save button.
5. Exporting Your Calendar
You can export the post information from the calendar by clicking the Export button. This facilitates archiving, team collaboration, and helps in planning subsequent content strategies and execution plans.
