When you schedule a post for future publication, it will appear in the "Scheduled" list prior to its set publishing time. This allows for centralized viewing and management of all pending posts. Based on the post content and scheduled time, the system provides varying levels of operation permissions, helping you adjust your publishing plans flexibly and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

From the left-hand menu, go to Publishing > Scheduled.

1. Scheduled Posts

For posts that are scheduled to be published more than 5 minutes from the current time, you can perform the following actions:

  • Preview

  • Edit

  • Cancel Publishing

  • Publish Now

  • View Operation Records

2. Posts Scheduled for Imminent Publication

For posts that are about to be published, which are less than 5 minutes away from the scheduled time, you can perform the following actions:

  • Preview

  • Cancel Publishing

  • Publish Now

  • View Operation Records

3. Posts Currently Being Published

For posts that are currently being published, you can perform the following actions:

  • Preview

Based on the above status categories, you can flexibly manage scheduled posts at different stages according to your actual needs, improving the efficiency of post management.
