Through third-party integration, you can bind a Feishu group bot to your OS system to receive notification messages.
Targeted delivery: You can configure the bot to send messages to any specified Feishu group, ensuring precise message distribution.
Real-time reachability: When system events are triggered, notifications are instantly sent to the group, enabling quick team responses.
Reduced noise: There's no need to add team members to the system backend individually. The group bot handles information delivery in an efficient and lightweight manner.
Once configured, your designated Feishu group becomes the core channel for your team to receive system notifications, making information flow smoother and more transparent.
1. Adding a Feishu Group Bot
Navigate to the integration page: In the left navigation bar, click Settings > Third-party integrations.
Create a new bot: Click the Add group bot button to open the configuration window.
Fill in the basic information:
Name: Give the bot an identifiable name (e.g., "Project Alert Group").
Webhook URL: Paste the bot's Webhook address obtained from your Feishu group.
The Webhook URL is provided by the specific Feishu group. For details on how to obtain it, please refer to How to Get the Webhook URL for a Feishu Group Bot?
Verify link validity (recommended): Click the Test button. If a test message is successfully received in your Feishu group, the link is correctly configured. If not, please check that the link has been copied in full, or re-obtain the Webhook URL from the Feishu end.
Save: After the test passes, click OK to complete the addition.
2. Use Cases for the Feishu Group Bot
After configuration, you can use the Feishu group bot to receive alert notifications in the following scenarios:
In the Alerts module of Social Listening, you can monitor topics in real time by setting up AI-powered smart alerts and custom alerts. When sudden fluctuations, negative content, or abnormal trends occur, the system will automatically push notifications to your designated Feishu group.
Configuration steps:
Go to Social Listening > Alerts.
On the alert rule configuration page, select Feishu as the notification method.
Choose the target group bot you have configured from the dropdown list.
Save the settings. From then on, all alerts triggered by this rule will be automatically pushed to the corresponding Feishu group.
