OneSight supports real-time monitoring of topics through AI Smart Alerts and custom alerts. When sudden spikes, negative content, or abnormal trends occur, the system automatically sends push notifications. You can flexibly configure multiple alert scenarios to proactively manage brand reputation and communication dynamics.

1. Typical Use Cases

Scenario Types

Examples

Trend Spike Alert

Mention volume surges within 24 hours, indicating a possible sudden event or topic outbreak

Negative Sentiment Alert

Negative content exceeds 30%, quickly intervene at the risk propagation points.

Influencer Alert

A key account speaks out for the first time or repeatedly posts negative content.

New Product Mention Alert

Automatically trigger alerts when new product keywords appear for the first time or are mentioned intensively.

Specified Keyword Monitoring

Alerts when keywords like “recall” or “complaint” exceed set thresholds

2. Creating an Alert

  • Click the + New Alert button to enter the setup interface.

2.2 Setting Basic Information

  • Enter the alert name.

  • Select up to 10 topics to monitor from your created topics.

2.3 Choosing an Alert Type

2.4 Configuring Alert Conditions (Using Custom Alert as an Example)

  • Trigger Metrics: e.g., “Mentions”, “Negative Sentiment Volume”, “Video Views”, etc.

  • Timeframe: e.g., “Last 6 hours”, “Last 24 hours”, etc.

  • Trigger Method: Support conditions like “greater than”, “less than”, etc.

  • Threshold: Set specific thresholds, e.g., “more than 100 mentions”.

  • Filter Conditions (Optional): e.g., keyword like “price” or “coupon”, to monitor only specific types of content.

  • You can add multiple trigger conditions to meet complex monitoring needs.

2.5 Setting Notification Preferences

  • Notification Channels: In-app messages, email, SMS, etc.

  • Notification Language: Choose from Chinese, English, etc.

  • Notification Schedule: Set days of the week (Monday to Sunday).

  • Max Notification Frequency: Limit alerts to avoid excessive interruptions.

  • Recipients: Assign team members to receive the alerts and ensure timely response.

3. Alert Management

  • All alerts can be viewed in the “Alert List”, including their current status (active/inactive), alert type, and recipients.

  • Supports editing or pausing alerts as needed.

  • Alerts can be filtered by name, type, status, and creator, making it easier to manage and locate specific alerts.

4. Usage Recommendations

  • It is recommended to start with AI Smart Alerts during initial setup to familiarize yourself with the system's triggering logic.

  • For critical business lines, consider setting up multiple keyword-based custom alerts to enable high-frequency monitoring.

  • Use in conjunction with Mention Streams to view the details of triggered content and to help assess response priorities.
