1. Purpose of the Feed

The Feed module displays all posts published by the selected social account within a specified time range. It helps you efficiently track content performance, optimize strategy, and achieve refined content management. Its core functions include:

  • Unified Content Management: Centrally view content performance across accounts on different platforms to improve management efficiency.

  • Tracking Content Reach: Compare and analyze key performance metrics to uncover variations in content effectiveness.

  • Optimizing Content Strategy: Analyze high-performing posts to summarize best practices and guide future content creation.

  • Enhancing Collaboration: Use tagging, filtering, and post bookmarking features to support streamlined team collaboration.

2. Core Features of the Feed

  • Centralized Display Across Multiple Platforms: Consolidates posts from different platforms and accounts for unified viewing and comparative analysis.

  • Multi-Dimensional Data Presentation:

    • View essential metrics by default, including post content, publish time, impressions, reach, engagement, likes, and comments.

    • Customize which of the 50+ available metrics to display and how they are sorted to support personalized analysis needs.

  • Multiple Display Modes:

    • Offers both waterfall view and list view to suit various usage habits and scenarios.

    • Waterfall view emphasizes visual browsing, while list view is ideal for data comparison and analysis.

  • Efficient Content Management:

    • Supports filtering, sorting, tag management, bookmarking, and sharing to improve content operation workflows.

  • Content Export:

    • Allows exporting of selected content for easy data backup and external sharing.

3. Use the Feed

Navigate via the left sidebar menu: Monitoring > Feed.
