Different chart types vary in visualization format, metric calculation methods, and supported display dimensions. You can flexibly choose and configure charts based on your analysis objectives.
The platform supports multiple chart types to meet diverse data analysis and presentation needs, including:
Number Cards
Line Charts
Column Charts
Pie Charts
Bar Charts
Table
Each chart type differs in how data is presented, the number of dimensions it can support, and its applicable use cases.
1. Chart Types
1.1 Number Cards
Number cards are used to display key metrics in a clear, numeric format, making them ideal for quickly understanding overall performance and trend changes.
Number cards support the following information:
Chart title: Describes the metric being displayed
Date range: Shows the time period covered by the metric
Metric value: Presents the result as a single, prominent number
Comparative data: Supports period-over-period, year-over-year, or custom comparisons to help quickly assess changes in performance
Number cards are well suited for monitoring core metrics, comparing performance across periods, and providing high-level overviews. They are commonly placed at the top of dashboards or in key focus areas.
1.2 Line Charts
Line charts are used to show how metrics change over a period of time, making them ideal for analyzing trends, fluctuations, and performance across different stages.
By configuring metric calculations and display dimensions, line charts can:
Display metric trends over time, with support for daily, weekly, or monthly views
Compare metric trends across different platforms, social accounts, or other dimensions
Clearly illustrate growth, decline, or cyclical patterns in the data
Line charts are commonly used for scenarios such as follower growth trends, changes in engagement volume, and content performance over time. They help you quickly identify overall trends and support data-driven decision-making.
1.3 Column chart
Column charts are suitable for comparing metric values across different entities or dimensions, allowing you to clearly visualize differences and relative performance.
By configuring metric calculation methods and display dimensions, bar charts can:
Compare metric performance across different platforms, social accounts, posts, or other dimensions
Show data comparisons across different time periods
Clearly highlight quantitative differences between data points, making it easy to identify top-performing items
Column charts are commonly used for platform-to-platform comparisons, account performance comparisons, and horizontal content performance analysis. They are especially effective for performance evaluation and stage-based summary analysis.
1.4 Pie Chart
Pie charts are used to display the proportional distribution of each data item within an overall total, making them ideal for structural analysis and ratio-based comparisons.
Display characteristics:
Do not support time-based (date) dimensions; intended for static proportion analysis only
Use segmented sections to show the share of each platform, social account, or other dimensions within the total
Visually highlight the relative size of each segment, making it easy to understand data composition at a glance
Pie charts are commonly used to analyze platform composition, account share, and content type distribution. They are especially suitable for summary analysis and structural data presentation.
1.5 Bar Charts
Bar charts are suitable for horizontal comparisons of multiple items under the same metric, clearly displaying differences between data points in a horizontal layout.
Display capabilities:
By configuring the metric calculation method and display dimensions, bar charts support:
Comparing metrics across platforms, social accounts, posts, or other dimensions
Clearly showing the ranking and relative performance of each data item, making it easy to identify top-performing or underperforming entries
Effectively presenting categories with many items or long labels, improving overall readability
Bar charts are commonly used for platform performance rankings, account comparisons, and content performance leaderboards. They are well suited for comparative analysis and priority-based decision making.
1.6 Table
Tables are used to display team member performance in a structured list format, allowing you to clearly view each member’s interaction management results, such as the number of direct message replies and comments handled.
Display capabilities
By configuring the metric calculation method and display dimensions, tables support:
Displaying performance metrics by team member
Comparing different members’ performance in comment and direct message handling
Sorting by metrics to quickly identify top performers or members requiring attention
Presenting data in a clear, structured format for easy review and summary analysis
Tables are suitable for team performance evaluation, daily management, and internal reporting scenarios.
🔔 Note: Only the Team members' performance metric component under Interaction Management supports the table format.
1.7 Chart Display Dimensions
Except for metric cards, all other chart types display data using the X-axis (horizontal axis) and Y-axis (vertical axis).
The X-axis is typically used to represent analysis dimensions such as time, platform, or social account.
The Y-axis displays the corresponding metric values.
By properly configuring the X and Y axes, you can view data changes and differences from multiple perspectives and gain a clearer understanding of overall performance.
Supported display dimensions
The system supports combining the following dimensions for metric visualization (up to two dimensions can be selected at the same time):
Date
Platform
Profile
Profile Tag
Content Tags
Media type
Post Status
Paid detection
Hashtag
Paid status
Content Type
By selecting appropriate display dimensions, you can flexibly compare performance across different platforms, accounts, or content types to meet diverse analysis needs.
Note: The available dimensions may vary depending on the metric and data source. The actual selectable dimensions are subject to what is shown in the system interface.
2. Post Display
The Post Display feature presents individual posts in the dashboard as content cards, allowing you to quickly view post details and key metrics for performance review and comparison.
Display overview:
Posts are displayed as content cards showing the actual published content
Up to 8 posts per page
Supports customizing up to 3 metrics per post
Supports ascending / descending sorting by different metrics, making it easy to identify top-performing or underperforming content
Ideal for content performance reviews, best-content selection, and operational analysis scenarios
2.1 Add a Post Content Component
Steps:
On the dashboard page, click [+ Add Chart] in the upper-right corner
On the Select Chart / Component page, choose Post Content
On the Configure Data Source page, complete the following settings:
Edit the component name
Select the data source
Select the date range
Set the displayed metrics on the card (up to 3)
Set the sorting method (e.g., by date, engagement, etc.)
Set the number of pages to display
Web version: Displays 8 posts per page, supporting up to 10 pages
PPT version: Displays 4 posts per page, supporting up to 20 pages
Click [Create] to add the post content component
After creation, you can drag the component to the desired position on the dashboard and freely adjust the overall layout.
2.2 Manage Post Components
2.2.1 Post Content Component Management
For an existing post content component, you can manage and operate it via the […] button in the upper-right corner of the component.
