    • VKontakte: 20+ metrics including Impressions*/Views, Engagements, Engagements (Mixed)*

    • TikTok: 20+ metrics including Impressions*/Views, Reach*, Engagements*

    • Threads: 15+ metrics including Impressions*/Views, Engagements, Engagements (Mixed)*

  • Engagement Charts
Used to display interaction management performance, including metrics such as number of received comments, comment handling rate, and average comment handling time (9 interaction management metrics).

  • Component Charts
Used to group charts within a dashboard and provide descriptions or explanations.

To help you quickly locate the required metrics, the system supports multiple filtering and search options:

  • Filter by Platform: Cross-platform or specific platforms

  • Filter by Functional Module: Monitoring or Community

  • Filter by Metric Type: All / Profile Metrics / Post Metrics

  • Filter by Metric Status: All / Active Metrics / Offline Metrics

  • Keyword Search: Search by metric name or keywords

Using these filters, you can efficiently locate and select the required metric components for chart creation and configuration.

⚠️ Note:

On the Select Metrics page, you can click on each metric name to view its definition and calculation method, helping you better understand the meaning behind the data.

Each metric will be labeled with its corresponding category, such as “Post Level,” “Page Level,” or “Community Metrics.” Please pay attention to these categories when making your selection.

In addition, the applicable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) will be shown in the bottom-right corner of each metric. Some metrics are not supported across all platforms, so please choose accordingly based on your actual needs.

1.3 Configure Data Source

After selecting a metric, you will enter the Configure Data Source page. Once configuration is complete, click Create to add the chart.

Configuration includes:

  • Editing the chart name

  • Setting the data source

  • Set Date Range

  • Configuring chart visualization options

1.3.1 Edit Chart Name

You can edit the chart name based on your analysis needs to clearly distinguish different charts and their displayed content.

1.3.2 Set Data Source

When configuring a chart, you can select data sources to define the scope of data displayed.

The system supports selecting data based on the following dimensions:

  • Platform

  • Social Profile

  • Social Profile Tag

  • Content Tags

After selecting the basic data source, click + Add Filters to further refine the data. Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously, such as:

  • Filtering by content tag

  • Filtering by content type

By combining multiple filter conditions, you can precisely control the data scope displayed in the chart to meet different analysis needs.

1.3.3 Set Date Range

When creating a chart component, you can define the time range for data analysis to view metric performance over different periods.

Supported date range options include:

  • Custom Date Range: Manually select start and end dates, suitable for specific-period analysis

  • Quick Date Options: Select commonly used ranges such as Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 90 Days for quick trend analysis

Once the date range is set, the chart will automatically calculate and display data based on the selected time period.

Tip 🔔:

  • The minimum supported time granularity may vary by chart type and metric. Actual availability depends on the chart display.

  • Changing the date range affects only the current chart component and does not impact other charts in the dashboard.

1.4 Configure Chart Visualization

1.4.1 Chart Types

The system supports multiple chart types to flexibly display different metrics and meet diverse analysis needs:

  • Value Card

  • Line Chart

  • Column Chart

  • Pie Chart

  • Bar Chart

1.4.2 Metric Display Mode

  • Supports displaying metrics as Total or Average (per content)

  • You can switch between display modes based on the analysis scenario

1.4.3 Display Dimensions

Charts can be displayed across multiple dimensions, such as:

  • Time dimension: Day / Week / Month

  • Platform dimension: Facebook, YouTube, etc.

Click + Add Dimension to set up to two display dimensions simultaneously for richer comparison and analysis.

Tip 🔔:

  • Supported display dimensions vary by chart type. Available options depend on the actual chart configuration page.

2. Managing Chart Components

In a data dashboard, you can flexibly manage and adjust existing chart components to meet different data analysis and presentation needs.

All chart components support independent operations and will not affect other charts on the dashboard.

2.1 Edit Chart

You can edit existing charts in the dashboard to flexibly adjust their content and visual presentation according to your analysis or reporting needs.

Operate: Click the “…” icon in the top-right corner of a chart and select Edit to enter the Edit Data Source page. The following actions are supported:

  • Modify the chart nae

  • Reselect the data source (platforms, social accounts, social account tags, content tags, etc.) and adjust filter conditions

  • Adjust the date range

  • Change the chart type, metric type, or display dimensions

After completing the configuration, click Apply to apply the changes and update the chart.

2.2 Copy Charts

You can duplicate an existing chart to quickly create a new chart with the same configuration, which can then be reused or modified for different analysis scenarios.

Operate: Click the “…” icon in the top-right corner of a chart and select Copy. The system will automatically generate a new chart with the same configuration as the original one.

The copied chart can be edited independently, including changes to:
