In a dashboard, chart components are used to display specific metrics and analysis results. By flexibly managing chart components, you can adjust dashboard content and presentation at any time to meet your business needs.

1. Adding Chart Components

After creating or opening a dashboard, you can add chart components as needed.

1.1 Click + Add Chart

On the dashboard page, click + Add Chart in the upper-right corner.

1.2 Select Metrics / Components

On the Select Metrics / Components page, you can flexibly choose the data indicators or display components you need based on your analysis objectives to build a personalized data dashboard.

All chart components are categorized into four modules by data source, allowing you to quickly locate what you need based on your use case:

Monitoring Charts – Data sourced from the monitoring module, used to track content performance in terms of reach, coverage, and engagement. These are the most commonly used chart types.

  • Cross-Platform Monitoring Charts: Provide 50+ indicators including Impressions, Views, Reach, Interactions (Authorized), etc., suitable for high-level overviews.

  • Single-Platform Monitoring Charts: Offer platform-specific indicators tailored to each platform's characteristics. Supported platforms include: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, VKontakte, TikTok, Threads, and Reddit. Each platform provides 13 to 40+ unique indicators, ideal for in-depth analysis of a single channel.

Community Charts – Data sourced from the interaction module, designed to display performance in comment handling and feedback management. Includes 9 interaction management indicators such as Comments Received, Comment Response Rate, and Average Response Time, suitable for evaluating operational responsiveness.

Social Listening Charts – Data sourced from the social listening module, used to analyze brand, topic, or competitor presence and sentiment across social and content channels. Includes 11 indicators such as Mentions, Interactions, and Video Views, covering 12 channels: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, VKontakte, TikTok, Reddit, News, Blogs, Forums, and Product Reviews.

Components – Auxiliary components that are not tied to any specific module's data, used to enhance dashboard structure and presentation:

  • Title Component: Adds titles to groups of charts, suitable for sectioning or grouping by theme.

  • Custom Table Component: Not restricted to any module; supports data sources by platform, social account, social account labels, content labels, or topics, presenting data in a flexible table format.

To help you efficiently locate indicators from the extensive selection, the system supports multiple filtering and search options:

  • Filter by Platform: Supports cross-platform or single-platform selection (e.g., Facebook, X, etc.)

  • Filter by Module: Supports filtering by Monitoring, Interaction, or Social Listening modules

  • Filter by Indicator Type: Supports filtering by All / Page Metrics / Post Metrics

  • Filter by Keyword: Quickly search by indicator name or keywords

With the above filtering options, you can efficiently pinpoint and select the desired indicator components for chart creation and configuration.

Steps

  1. Confirm the data module
First, clarify the type of data you need to analyze—Monitoring (reach and engagement performance), Interaction (comment handling efficiency), or Social Listening (sentiment and voice analysis).

  2. Select the analysis scope
Based on your analysis objectives, choose the Cross-Platform view for a high-level overview, or specify a particular platform (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, etc.) for in-depth focus.

  3. Filter and search to pinpoint
Use the filtering options provided on the page (by platform, module, indicator type, status, etc.) or directly search by keywords to quickly narrow down the indicator range.

  4. View indicator definitions
Hover over or click the help icon next to the indicator name to view its definition and calculation methodology (e.g., formula, data source, etc.). This helps you accurately understand the data meaning and avoid misinterpretation.

  5. Pay attention to indicator attributes
Each indicator is labeled with its category below the name, such as "Post Metric," "Page Metric," or "Interaction Management Metric"—please take note when selecting. Additionally, the applicable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.) are displayed in the lower-right corner of each indicator. Not all indicators are available for every platform, so please choose accordingly based on your actual needs.

  6. Select and configure the chart
Once you have confirmed the indicator is correct, click anywhere on the indicator/component to proceed with configuring the data source.

1.3 Configure Data Source

After selecting a metric, you will enter the Configure Data Source page. Once configuration is complete, click Create to add the chart.
