Dashboards are used to centrally display key social media performance data, helping operators quickly complete data monitoring, analysis, and reporting. Through the Dashboard, you can create and manage different types of dashboards based on your specific needs.

Access: Select Dashboard from the left-side navigation menu.

1. Creating a Dashboard

You can create dashboards based on your actual requirements to centrally display key data for selected platforms, accounts, and time ranges.

During the creation process, you can quickly generate commonly used dashboards using templates, or build a custom dashboard from a blank canvas to design your own chart layout, meeting different operational and analytical needs.

1.1 Create a Dashboard Using Templates

The system provides a variety of built-in dashboard templates suitable for cross-platform or single-platform data display and analysis scenarios. These templates help you quickly generate standardized dashboards.

Available template types include:

  • Cross-Platform Performance

  • Facebook Performance

  • X Performance

  • Instagram Performance

  • LinkedIn Performance

  • YouTube Performance

  • VKontakte Performance

  • TikTok Performance

  • Threads Performance

  • Team Performance

  • Social Media Operations Report

Steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard module and click + Create

  2. In the template library, select a template and a template format (Web or PPTX).

    • You can filter templates by format.

    • You can also search for templates using keywords.

  3. Hover over the target template, select the desired format, and enter the dashboard creation page.

  4. Configure the dashboard settings and click Create to complete the creation.

    Dashboard Settings Include:

    • Edit the dashboard name

    • Set visibility scope (Visible to myself only / Visible to group members)

    • Select data sources (supports filtering by platform, social account, and social account tags)

    • Set the time range

After creation, all charts within the dashboard support Edit, Copy, Download, and Delete actions. You can also add or remove charts as needed.

Format Description

  • Web canvast Dashboard:
Displays data in chart-based visualizations, suitable for daily monitoring and analysis.

  • PPT canvas Dashboard:
Supports adding both charts and text content, designed for presentation and reporting scenarios.

The differences in display and layout between Web and PPT dashboards are explained in the Dashboard Display and Layout documentation.

1.2 Create a Custom Dashboard Using a Blank Canvas

You can also choose a blank canvas to freely combine the required charts and customize the data display structure, meeting personalized analysis needs.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Dashboard module and click + Create

  2. In the template library, hover over Blank Canvas, then select Web Canvas or PPTX Canvas to enter the dashboard creation page

  3. After entering the dashboard page, add and configure chart components as needed

🔔 Note:

  • After creating a blank dashboard, the default dashboard name is “Untitled”, and the visibility is set to “Only visible to me.” You can modify the dashboard name and visibility by clicking the “…” button in the upper-right corner of the dashboard details page.

  • To learn how to add charts to a blank canvas, please refer to the Chart Creation and Management documentation.
