The Overview Page is the core view of the topic dashboard. It helps users quickly grasp key public opinion data and communication impact at a glance, providing insights into overall trends and performance.

It mainly includes:

  • Key Metrics

  • Mention Volume

  • Dissemination Performance

1. Key Metrics

The top section of the Overview Page summarizes the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the current topic.

Main indicators include:

  • Mentions: The total number of content pieces mentioning the monitored keywords within the selected time period.

  • Engagements: Total number of social interactions such as likes, comments, and shares.

  • Video Views: Total cumulative views of video content.

  • Unique Authors: Number of distinct authors participating in the discussion, indicating the breadth of topic dissemination.

  • Potential Reach:The estimated total number of people potentially exposed to the topic, based on author influence and platform coverage.

All metrics support comparison with the previous time period, displaying the rate of increase or decrease to help you quickly identify trend changes.

2. Mention Volume

2.1 Mention Trend Chart

  • Flexible Breakdown Options: You can view the trend by total, or break it down by platform, media type (e.g. video, image, text), or content type (e.g. post, comment, share).

  • Time Granularity:
    The chart supports aggregation by hour, day, week, or month, allowing for both high-level overviews and detailed trend analysis.

2.2 Sentiment Summary and Trend

  • Categorize the content into positive, neutral, and negative sentiments to clearly understand user emotion trends at a glance.

2.3 Mention Distribution

  • By Platform: Identify which platforms have the highest volume of discussions.

  • By Language/Country: Understand which regions or languages show the most interest in the topic.

3. Dissemination Performance

  • Engagement Trends: Break down trends of likes, comments, and shares by platform to assess content engagement levels.

  • View Trends: Track changes in video views to reflect the effectiveness of visual content distribution.

  • Platform Performance Comparison: Filter by platform to identify the top-performing content in terms of engagement and view counts.

4. Usage Recommendations

  • To quickly understand brand mention trends and communication effectiveness, start with the Overview page.

  • Use the top filters (such as time, platform, language, and location) to focus the analysis as needed.

  • All data can be exported as PNG, XLSX, or CSV for internal reviews or further analysis.
