Navigate from the left-hand menu: Monitoring > Campaign.
1. Creating Marketing Campaign Analysis
Steps:
On the "Campaign Analysis" page, click the Filter button to open the filter settings panel
Use the filter options to select the campaign-related content you want to analyze, then click Apply.
You can customize the data scope of the campaign by combining the following filter dimensions:
Social Profile Tags: Filter content by social account tags.
Social Profiles: Select specific accounts to analyze.
Content Tags: Filter posts using content tags.
Hashtags: Filter based on hashtags used in posts.
Post Status: Such as published or deleted.
Media Type: Such as text, image, etc.
Filtering Logic Explanation:
Same-type filter conditions (e.g., multiple content tags):
By default, the system uses an "OR" logic, meaning posts that match any of the selected tags will be included. You may manually switch to "AND" logic if you want to filter only posts that meet all selected tags
Combining different types of filters (e.g., content tag + hashtag):
The system uses "AND" logic by default, meaning posts must meet all selected conditions for more precise filtering. As shown in the figure below, select the social profile tags and social profiles. At this time, there is no data available in the query result, because the SEA-Taiwan social profile tag does not contain Samsung social profile. So please try to avoid similar combinations, or reconfigure tags (go to Settings > Tags).
Quick Search for Filtered Content: Easily locate filtered content using keywords.
After setting the filter criteria, click the Analyze button to proceed with the analysis.
2. Marketing Campaign Analysis Details
After completing the setup of a marketing campaign analysis, click the Analyze button to enter the campaign details page and view comprehensive performance data.
The system supports viewing and comparing data from two perspectives:
Cross-Platform View: Consolidates data across multiple platforms to provide an overall picture of the campaign's performance.
Single-Platform View: Focuses on the performance data of a specific platform for more granular analysis.
