You can flexibly configure and refine your data views and key metrics using the time selector, multi-dimensional filters (including platform, account status, and account tags), and over 30 customizable indicators—empowering more accurate data analysis and deeper insights.

1. Set Time and Filters

You can filter data using the following methods to quickly locate relevant social accounts:

  • Time: Supports custom date ranges as well as relative periods (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).

  • Platform: Supports multi-platform filtering, such as X, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, etc.

  • Profile status: Filter by authorization status (e.g., connected, unconnected).

  • Profile tag: Filter social accounts by tags (provided tags have been manually assigned beforehand).

  • Keywords: Filter by keywords in the social account name.

2. Set Custom Metrics

Custom metrics allow users to flexibly select and combine key data indicators based on operational needs for personalized tracking and evaluation, enabling more precise measurement of social account performance.

Custom metrics include the following categories:

    • Page Impressions

    • Page Video Views

    • Page Likes

  • OS Rating: The OS Score is an AI-driven metric calculated based on multiple factors—including follower count, follower growth, post volume, interactions per thousand followers, and overall engagement—measured as of the last day in the selected date range. This score provides a quantitative assessment of a social account’s overall operational health. A higher OS Score indicates better account performance and management effectiveness.

  • Video Views: Measures the reach and attractiveness of video content by counting the total number of video views.
