Profile Performance Details: Viewing Social Profile Details

To view detailed information about a specific social account, simply click on the account name to access its detail page and review the related data.

1. Left Sidebar Functions

In the top toolbar of the Social Account Details page, you can access the following key features to improve the efficiency of managing your social accounts:

Basic Operations

  • Connect: Authorize social accounts to ensure accurate data synchronization and monitoring.

  • Real-time Monitoring: View key operational data of social accounts in real time to stay updated on account performance.

  • Comparison: Compare multiple accounts side-by-side to evaluate their operational effectiveness.

  • Social Profile Period Comparison: Analyze and compare data across different periods (e.g., last 7 days vs. previous week) to track trends.

  • Profile Diagnose: Provides comprehensive analysis of a social account’s operational performance over a specified period, helping to identify issues and areas for optimization.

Tags and Information Viewing

  • Tagging: Add custom tags to social accounts for easier categorization, filtering, and analysis.

  • View Basic Information: Access essential account details such as platform, brand, and industry.

2. Analysis Dimensions

You can conduct a comprehensive evaluation of a social account based on key metrics such as fans count, fans growth, posting frequency, post engagement, and engagement rate.

Key Analysis Dimensions:

  • Data Overview: Presents core operational data such as total fans and net fans growth.

  • Page Analysis: Displays OS Score, engagement per 1,000 fans, average engagement per post, page post reactions, etc.

  • Fans Analysis: Includes total fans, net growth, total page likes, follower distribution, and active time periods.

  • Post Analysis: Tracks number of posts, total interactions, pinned posts, post engagement rate, and hashtag usage.

  • Content Stream: Lists all posts within a selected timeframe, with filtering by content type, asset type, or content tags.

  • Topic Analysis: Reveals the proportion of topic-related posts, topic asset types, and top-performing topics within a defined period.

3. Export Reports

On the Social Profile Details page, you can export two types of reports to support data analysis and content review:

  • Social Account Performance Report: Provides a comprehensive overview of the account’s overall performance, including key metrics such as follower growth, engagement trends, and posting frequency.

  • Post Performance Report: Focuses on the performance of specific posts, covering metrics like engagement volume, reach, and comment activity.

Steps:

  1. In the monitoring list, select the target social account and click the account name to enter the details page.

  2. On the top right of the details page, click the Export Report button.

  3. On the export page, configure the following:

    • Report type (Social Account Performance Report or Post Performance Report)

    • Report format

    • Engagement granularity, data aggregation method, and export time range

    • (Optional) Enter recipients and email addresses for sharing

  4. Click Export to generate the report.

🔔 Tip: Export history can be viewed and downloaded in Reports > History.
