To achieve omni-channel user voice insights, the OneSigh Social Listening system has covered over 20 social and digital media channels.

1. Platform Coverage

Note: Content types marked as “Customizable” are not included in the standard product package and require separate activation.

  • A massive and continuously growing social media content database, covering tens of billions of posts from over 1 million public pages.

  • Collected content includes:

2. Data Backfill

After creating a new monitoring topic, the system will automatically backfill historical data for the past 28 days. If you need historical data for a longer period, please contact the Customer Success team.

3. Update Frequency

The system will complete the initial data retrieval within 30 minutes after the monitoring topic is created or modified. Thereafter, data from each platform will be automatically updated according to the following frequency:
