By scoring the overall operation of social accounts, this feature helps you quickly grasp the brand’s social media performance and provides practical, targeted operational suggestions to assist brands in making the most scientific social media marketing strategies.

  • Currently, social account diagnostics only support the Facebook platform. You can choose from added social accounts or diagnose by entering a social account URL.

  • The diagnostic results include a comprehensive score for reference, along with a radar chart showing scores for individual metrics.

  • We also provide targeted improvement suggestions based on the operational status of each metric.

From the left-side menu, go to Reports > Profile Diagnose

1. Creating a Social Profile Diagnosis

Steps:

  1. Entry: From the left-side menu, go to Reports > Profile Diagnose.

  2. Select Time Period: Choose the desired date range using the date picker.

  3. Enter Social Account Name: Type the social account name you want to diagnose in the search box, then click Search.

  4. Select the social profile you want to diagnose and click Diagnose to begin the diagnosis.

2. Viewing Diagnostic Results

Once the social account diagnosis is complete, the system will evaluate account performance across multiple key dimensions and provide valuable optimization suggestions based on the analysis. The evaluation includes the following five core dimensions:

  • Comprehensive Score: A comprehensive performance score generated based on five dimensions—follower influence, content creation, content engagement, first impression, and follower activation. This helps you quickly assess the overall effectiveness of the social account’s operations.

  • Follower Influence: Assesses the number of followers and growth trends.

The more followers you have, the wider your potential reach and the stronger your content's influence.

  • Content Creation: Measures posting frequency and consistency.

Maintaining an appropriate posting frequency (not too much or too little) is key to sustaining attention and platform weight.

  • Post Engagements: Evaluates how followers interact with your content (likes, comments, shares).

It’s recommended to diversify content formats (e.g., images, videos, links) to increase visibility and engagement in the feed.

  • Follower Activation: Reflects how well your content motivates follower actions.

High-quality content effectively encourages engagement, strengthening follower loyalty and sharing.

  • First Impression: Analyzes the completeness of the account’s profile (e.g., avatar, bio, contact info).

A complete and professional profile boosts users' first impressions and trust in the account.

For each dimension, the system provides personalized recommendations to help you identify gaps and continuously optimize your content strategy and account performance.
