Paid Detection is a feature developed by OneSight using AI and algorithmic models to analyze massive volumes of post data and determine whether a post has likely been promoted. The results are for reference only.
It can be used as a reference to assist with campaign forecasting, competitor analysis, precision marketing, and even predicting the next viral hit. Additionally, it provides quick insights into competitors’ promotion strategies, enabling you to respond strategically and stay ahead.
1. Creating a Paid Detection
Steps:
Access via the left sidebar menu: Reports > Paid Detection.
Filter and select the desired social, select the time period.
Click Start detecting.
2. Paid Detection Details
In the "Paid Detection" module, the system supports multi-dimensional data analysis to help you comprehensively understand the paid promotion performance of social accounts:
Proportion of Paid Posts
Tracks and compares the number of paid posts and the engagement they generate, showing their share among all posts.Paid Performance Analysis
Compares engagement performance between paid and unpaid posts to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and support the optimization of future advertising strategies.Paid Post Distribution
Shows the time distribution and interaction data of paid posts within the selected time frame, analyzing the timing and impact of paid campaigns.Hashtag Media Type
Analysis of the types of content (text, photo, videos, etc.) used in paid posts to understand the performance of different media formats in paid promotions.Top Post Performance
Lists the best and worst performing paid posts (top 1, top 2), helping to identify successful cases and areas for improvement.
All these dimensions are visually displayed to facilitate comparison and optimization of paid operation effectiveness.
3. Exporting Reports
You can export the paid promotion detection report in the following two ways for easy reporting and archiving:
Export from the report details page:
Enter the "Paid Detection Details" page, click the Export button at the top right corner, select the export format (PDF or EXCEL), then click Export to generate and download the report file in the chosen format.Export from the history records:
On the "Detection Record" page, find the target report record and click the Export button to export the corresponding paid promotion detection report.
