The Scheduled Reports feature helps operations teams efficiently generate standardized reports and stay up to date on social account performance. Reports can be exported in multiple formats with one click, providing clear and intuitive data presentations that support informed decision-making and team collaboration.

Access via the left sidebar menu: Reports > Scheduled Reports.
1. Creating a Scheduled Report
Steps:
Click the Create scheduled reports button at the top right corner of the Reports module.
In the pop-up window, select the report type, associated social account(s), export format (PDF or EXCEL), report frequency, and other parameters.
Click Create to complete the setup.
2. Filtering Reports
You can filter scheduled reports by the following dimensions:
Keyword: Filter by report name.
Report Type: For example, Social Account Operation Report, etc.
Report Format: Filter by PDF or EXCEL format.
Report Status: Filter by report status such as active or paused.
Social Account: Filter by the associated social account in the report.
With flexible filtering options, you can quickly find and manage existing scheduled report tasks.
