By leveraging natural language processing, you can quickly analyze post comments to identify the strengths and weaknesses of your content, listen to user feedback, detect early warnings, and protect your brand reputation—leaving a positive impression on those who see your posts.

1. Creating a Comment Analysis

Steps:

  1. Access via the left menu bar, Reports > Comment Analysis.

  2. You can select the posts to analyze by either of the following methods:

    • Choose from already added social profile

    • Manually add by searching the post URL

  3. After selection, click the Start to analyze button, and the system will automatically perform the comment analysis.

2. Viewing Analysis Results

After the analysis is completed, you can go to Comments Analysis Records to view the list of analysis records. Click the View button to enter the details page and check the following key analysis content:

  • Comment sentiment tendencies: Statistics on the proportion of different sentiment categories (positive, neutral, negative) in the comments, providing a clear overview of user feedback trends.

  • Post Comment Word Cloud: Extracts high-frequency keywords from comments and visualizes them as a word cloud. The larger the font size of a word, the higher its mention frequency, helping quickly identify core topics and hot feedback from users.

  • Comment List: Displays all comment contents along with their sentiment classification, supporting individual viewing for deeper understanding of user voices.

3. Exporting Reports

On the comment analysis details page, click the Export Reports button at the top right corner. You can choose to export the report in PDF or EXCEL format for convenient sharing or archiving.
