1. Managing Tags

The system supports the configuration and management of five types of tags, which are used for classifying, organizing, and analyzing different objects:

  • Profile Tag

  • Content Tag

  • Contact Tag

  • Interactive Tag

  • Topic Tag

2.1 Adding Tags

  • Steps: Click the Add social profile tag at the upper right corner, fill in the tag name and set the visibility of the tag.

Tag Visibility Scope Explanation:

  • Global tag:
Created by administrators, these tags are available to all members of the current account. When applied to social accounts, content, or followers, all account members can see them.

  • Visible to all members of the group:
Created by group members or group administrators, these tags are available to all members of the current group. When applied, all members in the group can view them.

  • Private tag:
Can be created by any user and are only visible and usable by the creator. When applied, only the user who created the tag can see it.

2.2 Managing Tags

On the tag management page, you can edit or delete the tag (social profile tag supports assigning social profiles to sub-members). Click to view its details.

2. Tagging

2.1 Profile Tags

In OneSight, you can tag social accounts to enable better categorization, indexing, and analysis.

In the Monitoring > Profile Performance list, you can add or delete tag social accounts using the following methods for easier classification and filtering:

  • Add / Delete a Single Social Account:

    • Add: Hover over a specific social account to reveal the tag icon. Click the icon to add tags to that account.

    • Delete: Tagged labels will appear below the account name. To remove a tag, hover over it and click the “x” icon.

  • Batch Tagging: You can check the boxes in front of social profiles to select multiple profiles and add tags in bulk for efficient management.

This feature supports fast and flexible categorization of social accounts, enhancing subsequent monitoring, analysis, and strategy development.

2.2 Content Tags

In OneSight, you can tag posts to classify, index, and analyze the posts.

  • In the Monitoring > Profile Performance list, click on any social account to enter its detailed monitoring page. In this page, switch to the "Feed" tab to view all posts published by that account.

  • You can also manage post tags in Monitoring > Feed. By switching to list mode, you can tag multiple posts at once, improving operational efficiency.

Whether for your own social accounts or competitors’, you can add tags to posts to help categorize content, organize themes, and perform comparative analysis.

By effectively using tags, you can manage your content assets more efficiently and provide strong support for subsequent content analysis and strategy development.

Steps:

  1. Click the tag icon at the bottom left of each post.

  2. Select an existing tag or create a new tag on the spot and apply it.

2.3 Contact Tags

In the Community module, you can tag users who have commented or sent private messages to the social account with contact tags for easier classification, indexing, and analysis.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Community > Comments module, filter for users who need contact tags, click View thread to enter the conversation details page.
To tag private messages, go to the Community > Messages module, filter for users who need tags, and enter the private message details page.

  2. Add or remove tags in the "Contact Tags" section.

2.4 Interactive Tags

In the interaction module, you can label comments and private messages of social profiles to mark important interactive content.

2.5 Topic Tags

In the Social Listening module, you can add or remove tags for existing topics to help organize and manage topic data for archiving purposes.
