The Video Asset Library is a centralized storage space for managing video content, helping you organize and utilize video resources more efficiently.

When planning marketing campaigns or scheduling content, you can upload suitable video materials to the asset library in advance. These can serve as inspiration or pre-prepared content resources, making it easier to access them later and improving publishing efficiency.

From the left-hand menu, go to Publishing > Video Asset Library.

1. Adding Video Assets

After entering the asset library, click the Add videos button in the top-right corner of the page to upload your video. Once the upload is complete, the system will display detailed information about the video on the right side.

The icons shown after "Add to:" represent the social platforms where the video complies with content standards:

  • Highlighted Icons: The video meets the requirements of that platform.

  • Grayed-out Icons: The video does not comply with the platform’s upload rules.

2. Quick Actions

When you hover over any video asset, the following quick action options will appear:

  • View: Go to the video details page to see full asset information and platform compatibility status.

  • Send to Post: Clicking this will take you directly to the "Create Post" page, with the selected video asset automatically inserted. The video status will be marked as “Uploaded,” making it ready for immediate use in post editing and scheduling.

Through the Video Asset Library, you can manage video content more conveniently and access it quickly when needed, enhancing overall efficiency in social content creation.
