The Team Performance Report is used to track the overall and individual operational performance of the team in areas such as posting, commenting, and private message replies. By setting monthly performance targets, you can intuitively view the team’s and each member’s completion status on key metrics like post volume and interactions, effectively evaluating operational results and individual contributions.
Flexible Target Setting: Supports equal distribution among members or customized allocation of performance goals.
Comprehensive Performance Dimensions: Covers key indicators including number of posts, post interactions, comments, and private message replies.
Data Visualization: Enables quick identification of progress and areas for improvement.
Report Export and Auto-Send: Supports exporting reports as PDFs and setting up recurring reports to automate your reporting workflow.
Note: This report only includes data from posts published through OneSight.
From the left menu, go to Reports > Team Performance.
1. Setting Performance Targets
In the Team Performance module, you can set monthly goals and allocate them either evenly among team members or through custom assignments. This flexible setup aligns with your team’s operational needs and effectively supports task execution and performance evaluation.
Steps:
Go to the "Team Performance" page and switch to the "Team" tab.
In the Team Performance Ranking section, click the Set Performance Goals button at the top right.
On the "Set Performance Goals" page, choose the allocation method (Average Distribution / Specified Assignment).
Set target values for key metrics such as the number of posts and interactions.
Click Save to complete the target setting.
2. Viewing Team Performance Details
Team Performance Data Overview: Focus on key monthly metrics to comprehensively measure operational results.
Within the Team Performance module, you can view both overall team data and individual member data on a monthly basis, gaining clear insights into content output and engagement performance.

Publishing:
Displays the target number of posts, posts goal completion, post engagement, and engagement goal ratio for the selected month.
Supports chart visualization, showing daily posting volume and interaction trends.
Comments & Messages:
Shows the monthly set targets and actual numbers for comments and private message replies.
Visualizes daily trends of comments and private message replies to gain insights into execution efficiency.
Team Performance Ranking:
Generates a monthly leaderboard based on members’ completion status to motivate top performers.This section is only visible in the team data view.
Team Quality Content Summary:
Best Posts: Automatically filters posts with high performance in the month.
Posts with the Most Comment Replies: Helps identify hotspots of comment engagement.
Accounts with the Most Direct Message Replies: Helps identify social accounts with the highest volume of private message interactions.
3. Exporting Team Performance Reports
Supports exporting in PDF format, suitable for reporting, archiving, or cross-team collaboration.
Steps:
Enter the "Team Performance" page, and click the Export button at the top right corner.
In the "Export Report" page, set the export range (Team/Personal), and optionally fill in the recipients and email address.
Click the Report button and wait for the export to complete, then you can view the report.
