Profile Performance Details: Managing Social Profiles

Within the Profile Performance module, you can easily add or remove profile. This helps you accurately track account activity and monitor operational performance and data changes in real time, providing reliable support for content optimization and strategy adjustments.

1. Adding a Profile

If you find that the profile you need to monitor is not listed, you can add it manually.

Steps:

  1. Click the Add Profile button at the top-right corner to open the Add social profiles page.

  2. Select the type of social account to add (for Connect owned social profiles, please refer to the “How to Authorize and Add Profile” documentation).

  3. Enter the social account name, username, or URL.

  4. Check the accounts you want to add, then click Next.

  5. Select the groups to assign as needed (by default, the group where the social account was added is selected) and add tags. Once completed, click Save to finish adding the account.

⚠️ Note: If the social account is being added to the platform for the first time, data collection will begin from the moment it is added. Initial data will typically be available within 24 hours, after which real-time data will be provided automatically.

2. Deleting Social Accounts

If a social account is no longer active or was added by mistake, you can delete it from the list.

Steps:

  1. Filter and locate the social account you want to delete in the account list.

  2. Click the [...] icon to the right of the account name and select Delete.

  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete to permanently remove the account.

⚠️ Note:

  • Deleting a social account will permanently remove all associated data and cannot be undone. Please proceed with caution.

  • Deleting an account will not restore the quota for the number of accounts you can add. However, re-adding a previously deleted account will not consume additional quota.
