In the Onesight [Reports] module, the system centrally displays all scheduled reports you have created as well as report export records. It supports unified management and efficient retrieval, helping improve data reuse efficiency and operational management standardization.

Access:Navigate to the [Reports] module via the bottom section of the left-side navigation menu.

1. Scheduled Reports

All scheduled reports created in the OS system under the [Monitoring] and [Dashboard] modules are centrally displayed and managed on this page.


The system supports fine-grained configuration and maintenance of scheduled reports, helping users efficiently manage periodic data output tasks. Key capabilities include:

  • Centralized Management: All scheduled report configurations are displayed in a single view for convenient overall management.

  • Flexible Configuration: Supports quick adjustment of report frequency, cycle, recipients, and other key settings to meet different business requirements.

  • Efficient Retrieval: Supports multi-condition queries and sorting to quickly locate target scheduled reports.

1.1 Query & Sort

The system supports querying and sorting scheduled reports based on multiple criteria, enabling fast identification of target reports:

  • Module: Filter by Monitoring or Workspace

  • Report Type: Filter by report type, such as Facebook reports, X reports, or cross-platform reports

  • Created by: Filter by report creator name

  • Keyword: Search by report name

  • Sorting Options: Sort by Status, Name, Created by, Last Edited, Module, Report Type, Frequency, Cycle, Next Report, Format, and Created Time

1.2 Configuration Management

1.2.1 Batch Configuration

Multiple scheduled reports can be selected to perform the following actions in bulk:

  • Modify report status

  • Delete scheduled reports

1.2.2 Single Report Configuration

Each scheduled report provides two separate action buttons on the right: [Edit] and [Delete]. Details are as follows:

  • Edit: Click to modify report configurations, including:

    • Report Frequency

    • Reporting Period

    • Recipients

    • Report Language (Chinese / English)

    • Report export Format (.pdf / .xlsx)

  • Delete: Click to delete the scheduled report configuration directly

⚠️ Note: Deleted scheduled reports cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution.

2. Export History

All reports exported from the OS system under the [Monitoring] and [Dashboard] modules are centrally displayed and managed on this page.
This feature is designed for users who frequently export reports. It supports unified retention and management of historical export records, helping establish a standardized and traceable operational data archive. Key capabilities include:

  • Aggregated View: Displays all historical exported reports in a single list, avoiding duplicate creation or export and improving traceability.

  • Advanced Filtering: Supports filtering by Module, Report Format, Exporter, and Keyword to precisely locate required records.

  • One-Click Download: Supports direct download of historical report files for convenient access and sharing.

2.1 Query & Sort

The system supports querying and sorting export records using multiple criteria to quickly locate target reports:

  • Module: Filter by Monitoring or Workspace

  • Report Type: Filter by report type, such as Facebook reports, X reports, or cross-platform reports

  • Exported by: Filter by exporter name

  • Keyword: Search by report name

  • Sorting Options: Sort by Status, Name, Exported by,Export Time, Module, Report Type, and Format

2.2 Report Export

Use the query and sort functions to quickly locate the target report. Click the [Download] button on the right side of the report name to complete the export process, enabling efficient access and convenient sharing.
