In the "Community - Comments" module, the system can capture and centrally display comments received in real time from authorized social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter (now X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This helps you efficiently manage comment interactions across multiple platforms.

From the left-hand menu, go to Community > Comments.

1. Received Comments

Page Layout

  • Left Side: Displays the list of all received comments.

  • Right Side: Shows real-time comment statistics (e.g., Data Overview, Active Users, etc.). If you do not want to display the real-time statistics, you can toggle them off using the Real-time analytics switch in the top-right corner of the page.

Supported Actions

  • Basic Operations:

    • Change sentiment

    • Reply to comments

    • Like comments

    • Hide comments

    • Delete comments

    • Mark completed

    • Tag tags

    • Add internal notes

    • View on Platform:For example, View on Facebook, View on Instagram, etc.

  • View Thread – Related Actions:

    • Click View thread to expand the full comment thread of the post where the comment is located. This helps you better understand the context of the user's message.

    • In the bottom-right corner of the conversation popup, you can view the commenter’s basic information and interaction statistics. The following actions are supported:

      • Add contact information

      • Add contact tags

      • Add internal notes

2. Sent Replies

  • Left Side: Displays all comment replies sent under the social account’s identity.

  • Right Side: Shows reply-related statistics (e.g., Data Overview). If you do not wish to display real-time statistics, you can toggle them off using the Real-time analytics switch in the top-right corner of the page.

  • Change sentiment

  • Reply to comments

  • Like comments

  • Hide comments

  • Delete comments

  • Mark completed

  • Tag tags

  • Add internal notes

  • View on Platform

  • View Thread

3. Comment Filtering Function

The system supports multi-dimensional filtering to improve the efficiency of locating and managing comment content. Available filters include:

  • Keyword: Search by comment content or commenter name.

  • Date: Filter by custom time range or relative time (e.g., last 7 days, last 30 days).

  • Platform: Supports filtering across multiple platforms (e.g., X, Instagram, etc.).

  • Completion Status: Filter by status such as Completed or Incomplete(Only available on the Received page).

  • Contact Tags: Filter comments by assigned contact labels (Only available on the Received page).

  • Post Type: Filter by post type (Organic or Ad) available only for Facebook comments on the Received page.

  • Engagement Tags: Filter by engagement labels (Requires manual tagging beforehand).

  • Sentiment: Filter by sentiment, such as Positive or Negative.

  • Language: Filter by the language used in the comment (e.g., German, English).

  • Internal Notes: Filter based on whether internal notes have been added.

This module is designed to help you centrally manage comment interactions across multiple social media platforms. It enhances team collaboration efficiency, optimizes user communication experience, and provides data support for brand building.
