1. Creating a Hashtag Analysis
Steps:
Reports > Hashtag Analysis.
Select the social account(s) and the time period you want to analyze.
Click Start to to start processing the data.
2. Hashtag Analysis Details
Through in-depth analysis of topic dimensions, you can better understand audience interests, trending topics, and content performance, helping you optimize your topic strategies and improve content creation.
Analysis Dimensions include:
Hashtag Posts Distribution: Statistics on the proportion of posts with and without hashtags, helping evaluate the usage frequency and coverage of hashtags.
Hashtag Media Type: Displays the distribution of content types (such as text, photo, videos, etc.) in posts with hashtags, facilitating the assessment of the correlation between different content types and topics.
Top 10 Hashtags: Ranks the top ten topics with the longest active duration, measuring their sustained popularity and content lifecycle.
Hashtags Cloud: Visualizes frequently appearing topics as a tag cloud, where larger font sizes indicate more popular topics. Clicking any topic tag allows quick access to related posts.
Hashtag Ranking: Quickly identifies the trending topics on the current page, with support for viewing detailed related posts, active periods, interaction data, and other key metrics.
This tool provides powerful support for topic management, aiding precise topic selection, trend spotting, and content planning implementation.
3. Exporting Reports
To facilitate archiving, reporting, or further analysis, the system supports exporting hashtag analysis results as reports.
Export from Hashtag Analysis Details Page: Click the Export button at the top right of the page, and select PDF or EXCEL format to quickly generate the report.
Export from Hashtag Analysis History: Go to the "Hashtag Analysis History" page, locate the completed analysis task, and click Export in the actions column to export.
