The Dashboard gives you a fast, intuitive view of your social media operations across overseas platforms. It helps you quickly stay updated and identify tasks that need your attention.
Key features:
Recent user comments and private messages requiring action
Overview of today's published posts
Recommended trending marketing campaigns
Aggregated data overview from authorized social media accounts, such as follower count, net follower growth, number of posts, engagement metrics, etc.
Popular topics and high-engagement posts
With the Dashboard, you can gain a clear view of your overall performance, quickly focus on key matters, respond efficiently, and improve your social media management effectiveness.
Access path: From the left-hand menu, go to Dashboard > Console.
1. View Pending Comments and Messages
On the system dashboard detail page, you can click on the information module you wish to view, such as:
“Posts Pending My Review”
“Comments Pending Action in the Past 28 Days”
“Private Messages Pending Action in the Past 28 Days”
The system will automatically redirect you to the corresponding processing page, where you can view detailed information and take related actions.
This approach helps you quickly locate key tasks and handle them efficiently.

2. View Today’s Post Overview
On the system dashboard detail page, you can view the number of scheduled posts and successfully published posts for today, helping you quickly understand the content publishing progress.
To view detailed information about specific posts, click on:
Scheduled posts for today (i.e., posts pending publication)
Published today (i.e., published posts)
This will take you to the corresponding detail page, where you can check post content, publication time, status, and more. You can also perform further management actions.

3. View Recent Popular Events Recommendation
In the “Recent Popular Events Recommendation” section of the system dashboard detail page, you’ll find currently suggested marketing campaigns.
To learn more or manage campaigns collectively, click View all in the top-right corner of the module. You'll be redirected to the [Publishing] – [Calendar] page, where you can browse, view, or manage all planned marketing campaigns. This feature helps you stay organized and plan your publishing strategy in advance.

4. View Insight Overview
The "Insight Overview" module lets you view performance data across your authorized social media accounts. You can filter by platform (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and time range to compare trends.
Key metrics include:
Connected Accounts: Number of all authorized social profiles at the current time.
Fans: Total number of fans on the last day of the selected date range.
Net Fans Growth: Net fan increase during the selected period.
Posts: Number of posts published during the selected period.
Engagements: Net increase in post engagements.
Comments: Net increase in comments.
Messages: Net increase in private messages.
Avg. Completion Time: Average response time for received comments.
Comment Completion Rate: Percentage of responded comments out of total received.
View monthly team performance
Metrics such as Fans, Net Fans Growth, Posts, Engagenments, Comments, Messages, and Avg. Complettion Time are all presented with visual charts.
These visualizations make it easy to intuitively grasp performance trends and operational effectiveness, providing strong support for future content optimization and team management.
5. View Popular Posts
In the “Popular Posts” module, you can view three categories of popular post data:
Popular posts on social platforms
Popular posts from monitored accounts
Popular posts from connected accounts
The following filters are supported to help you precisely locate the content you need:
Platform: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
Industry: e.g., Mobile Phones, Automotive, Mother & Baby, etc.
Time range: Daily, Weekly, Monthly rankings

Supported platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
Time range: You can customize any time period for viewing, enabling analysis and tracking of topic popularity trends.
This module helps you quickly grasp trending content across platforms, providing data support for content creation and marketing strategies.
